I believe that most recurring mental and emotional struggles are actually indicators of larger issues in need of resolution. In our work together we will both engage the symptoms you are experiencing AND trace their historical connections so that you can access a more transformative and holistic healing.
I utilize an eclectic mix of interventions from attachment and family systems therapy to different somatic and trauma-informed modalities. I am a level II certified complex trauma therapist and am additionally trained in EMDR. I specialize in translating somatic symptoms and recurring movement and behavior patterns.
