We specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, complicated life transitions, stressors related to work/school, self-esteem concerns, and relationship issues. My clinical approach integrates a range of evidence-based practice methods (cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, etc.)
