Now accepting clients for Fall 2026 Groups. I have openings on Mondays and weeknights by appointment. You know something has changed, even if it's hard to put into words. Maybe you no longer feel like yourself. The strategies that once worked aren't working anymore. Your mind feels foggy, your emotions feel bigger than they used to, or you're constantly wondering why everything suddenly feels harder. You may be navigating perimenopause or menopause, caring for aging parents, adjusting to changes in your health, grieving a loss, facing financial stress, or simply trying to hold everything together while wondering where you went.
My approach is curious, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the whole person. Together, we'll explore how your health, emotions, relationships, and life experiences are connected while identifying practical strategies that support meaningful change.
Therapy doesn't have to begin with having all the answers. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where we can move at a pace that feels right for you. Outside the office, you'll usually find me with my chickens or in my garden, where I'm reminded that growth can't be rushed.

Now gathering interest for a small, therapist-led support group for adults navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife. Connect with others experiencing similar changes while exploring the emotional, physical, relational, and everyday impacts of the menopause transition. Groups are closed once they begin and limited to six participants. In-person in Vancouver, WA: 90 minutes, $40/session. Virtual across Washington: 60 minutes, $30/session. Sliding-scale spots are available. Dates and times will be determined based on participant interest and availability. A brief phone consultation is required before joining.
