Groups
Navigating Perimenopause
Navigating Perimenopause is a small, therapist-led support group for women experiencing the changes of perimenopause. Many people notice changes in mood, sleep, stress tolerance, memory, or a sense that they no longer feel like themselves long before they realize hormones may be contributing. Through evidence-based education, guided discussion, and peer support, participants will gain a better understanding of the biological, psychological, and social changes of perimenopause while learning practical strategies to reduce overwhelm and communicate more effectively with healthcare providers. Group discussions are confidential and facilitated in a supportive, respectful environment. Limited to six participants to encourage meaningful discussion, connection, and individualized attention.

Menopause Circle
Menopause Circle is a small, therapist-led support group for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife. Whether you're newly experiencing symptoms or have been living with them for years, this group offers a welcoming space to connect with others who understand. Unlike a structured educational group, Menopause Circle is discussion-based, with a focus on connection, reflection, and mutual support. Evidence-based information may be shared as needed, but the emphasis is on conversation in a supportive, confidential environment. Virtual. Limited to six participants to encourage meaningful discussion and connection.
