With more than 30 years of therapy and training experience, Dr. Rasmussen uses various approaches, including both talk therapy and neurofeedback training when deemed beneficial. He has also developed a three prong approach treating anxiety and depression which helps most of his clients get out of their anxiety and depression in an average of 10-12 sessions.
Dr. Rasmussen received his Masters at Loma Linda University in California and his Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. He received Neurofeedback training at EEG Info Institute in California.
