You may be feeling disconnected in your relationships and day-to-day life while longing for something more genuine or meaningful but understanding how to make such changes seems ambiguous or out of reach. These experiences are in part about the deeper patterns that shape us that we often struggle to know how to access on our own.

Sessions take place in one of several thoughtfully furnished therapy rooms within our shared office.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, difficulties in creativity or motivation, and periods of feeling disconnected. Many of my clients are insightful and capable, yet find themselves repeating patterns that they find difficult to break alone.

In our work, we slow down and examine these patterns together as they emerge in real time, with curiosity and care. Over time, putting these experiences into words can lead to new understanding and new choices. What felt difficult to address can come into closer view, and from there understanding grows and meaningful change unfolds from a deeper level.
