With over 10 years clinical experience, I am passionate about using evidence-based practices to help empower you every day, not just when you are in crisis. I am Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Combining Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, along with Person-Centered and Humanistic approaches I work diligently to create a welcoming, supporting and safe environment where individuals can feel free to express themselves. Working through difficult times alone can often feel overwhelming and defeating without help.
I've worked with a variety of client populations including adolescents, teens, preteens, adults, couples, families, Active-duty military, military spouses, and members of the National Guard, dealing with many different mental health concerns.
My vast experience as a behavioral health technician in the military, and in the field of counseling has led me to a professional enthusiasm for working with individuals dealing with Crisis, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety.
