You may be navigating trauma, ADHD or neurodivergence, military experiences, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from the people you love. I work with teens, adults, veterans, couples and families who want to better understand themselves, their nervous system and their relationships. Therapy doesn't have to mean sitting still and talking—I offer a creative, sensory-friendly space where we can find approaches that work for you.
I integrate EMDR, somatic and nervous-system work, sandtray, expressive approaches and Gottman-informed relationship therapy. My Grand Junction office is designed with neurodivergent clients in mind, offering opportunities for movement, sensory regulation and different ways of processing when words alone aren't enough.
