I utilize an Eclectic Therapeutic Approach which allows the clinician the ability to use relevant techniques from a vast number of evidence-based techniques. My general clinical approach to counseling includes a combination of Person-Centered Practice, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
