Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I have 15 years experience working in mental health. I aspire to create a safe environment for my clients and families and invite you to go on a journey of discovery and healing. Together we will explore your life's most challenging matters and heal the wounds that impact your life. I enjoy working through spiritual issues and can apply biblical principles to your treatment at your request. I am comfortable working with clients from all worldviews, faiths, and orientations. I am trained to work with individuals, couples, families, groups, children, and adolescents. I can help with many issues including: anxiety, depression, spiritual deconstruction, parenting, ADHD, trauma, abuse, substance abuse, behavior problems, grief, communication difficulties, marriage difficulties, and more. I also offer premarital counseling.
