My primary job as a therapist is to help clients tap into that healing process and reconnect with and strengthen their natural resources, talents, and spirit so that they can become the person they want and were created to be.
I work with anxiety, depressive, stress & trauma-related disorders, eating/weight concerns, chronic pain/medical illnesses, & interpersonal issues. My approach is informed by behavioral medicine & familiarity with brain/body interactions & incorporating coping-, distress-management-, mindfulness-based-, and other skills in treating mental health problems.
