About
Thank you for being here! I want each person that shares a room with me to feel the same type of joy and empowerment that I have felt from therapy. Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you are continuing your journey, I’m here to answer any questions you may have along the way. Although it can be daunting, it will be some of the most rewarding work you will do! My ultimate goal for each client is to help them reach their fullest potential – whatever that may look like for you. I want therapy to be a place where you can come and be yourself, and also be excited to work towards change.
I believe in a therapeutic alliance where you can feel safe, comfortable and capable of being your authentic self while exploring new ways to approach life. Each person has their own unique story to unravel and dive into and I’m here to help you learn about you. We will work together to tackle anything holding you back from reaching your highest self.
Let's work together to tackle what's bothering you so you can feel happy and healthy. I work with teens, adults and families on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, coping skills and communication.
