Specializing in work with First Responders, Students, Entertainers, and Athletes, I like to keep the busy client's needs in mind. I offer evening & weekend time slots - both through teletherapy and in-person. I work with clients who are looking for long term treatment, in addition to clients who are interested in short term, solution focused care. Each client's treatment is personalized, using the modalities that work best for them. Each client has unique needs, and so, each client receives unique care and treatment.

I offer a safe environment where clients can be their authentic and vulnerable selves. I will meet you right where you are in your healing process and help you move forward in whatever capacity feels right for you. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to ensure the highest quality of care, customized to you.
