Being a human is complex. While some times allow for us to experience joy, pleasure, and fulfillment, other times may leave us feeling stuck, entrenched in patterns, disconnected from ourselves and others, or find it challenging to navigate the obstacles ahead. My role is to support clients in deepening their understanding of how they got to where they are, process experiences that influence present day reactivity and relationship patterns, shed feelings of inadequacy, reclaim their sense of agency, and re-author the narratives that bind them to create room to lead a more meaningful, fulfilling and satisfying life.

My training and experience is primarily rooted in somatic therapy, depth psychology, CBT, IFS and trauma-informed care. I draw from these and other modalities to fit the unique needs of the clients I work with. My approach can be described as authentic, empathic, curious, straight forward, direct and collaborative. I work with couples and individuals 13+.

I provide a space that is nourishing, non-judgmental, and anchored in trust. I hope to support you in deepening your understanding of yourself, helping you to cultivate healthy and satisfying relationships, and to provide you with useful tools and resources.
