Sometimes adulting just… sucks. You’re making real decisions, carrying new responsibilities, and trying to figure out who you are, while feeling confused, anxious, or unexpectedly lonely. Past hurts may be showing up in ways you don’t understand, and it can feel disorienting to realize that what worked before doesn’t anymore. I work with emerging adult women and college students across Florida, offering online therapy via telehealth for anxiety, trauma, identity questions, relationships, and major life transitions. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, make sense of what’s surfacing, and feel less alone in this in-between season.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in nervous system work. As a Florida therapist providing telehealth, I’m trained in EMDR and attachment-based therapy to help clients process past experiences, reduce anxiety, and feel more regulated and present in daily life.
