Welcome! I specialize in working with people experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, life transitions, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, and everyday stressors. I utilize many therapeutic interventions, including supportive therapy, CBT, emotional freedom techniques (EFT) - Tapping, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and strengths based perspectives. I offer traditional office-based sessions, outdoor walk-and-talk therapy, and equine assisted psychotherapy, as well as remote therapy options by phone and video.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for you to grow and heal by utilizing a positive, holistic, collaborative, strengths based, trauma-informed approach. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community. I am in-network with most insurances and we handle all billing paperwork for you.
