I enjoy working with people experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma,and everyday stressors. I warmly welcome children, teens, and adults to my practice. I utilize many therapeutic interventions, including supportive therapy, CBT, emotional freedom techniques (EFT) - Tapping, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and strengths based perspectives. My colleagues and I offer in-person, office-based sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, and equine assisted psychotherapy in Moreau, NY, for adults and kids ages 8+, as well as remote therapy options for anyone in New York State.
I am committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative environment where you can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community.
