Hello and welcome! I am a licensed psychologist offering in person and remote therapy. I work with children, teens and young-mid adults working to manage anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, attention/executive function challenges, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I know starting therapy can be an intimidating process, and work hard to build a safe and trusting relationship from the start. I will do my best to help you achieve your goals and improve your well-being, which often includes taking the skills you learn during our time together into other relationships/settings in your life.
I have worked with a diverse range of individuals in outpatient, inpatient and school-based settings through both individual and group therapy as well as psychological assessments. In my work with individuals, we focus on addressing the root cause of your distress while also supporting your day to day needs and stressors through an integrative approach.
