DBT Group Skills Classes for Teens 7 to 8 pm
Your teenager will meet with other teens and 2 DBT leaders each week for an hour to learn how to practice Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness, and how to Walk the Middle Path — Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Flyers are posted on our website. Whether your teen already has an individual therapist or needs one, we can help! Everything we do at Balance & Potential begins with an individual, initial intake appointment. Contact us for a free “Introduction to DBT” hour or an intake appointment. Please let us know which days and times work for you.
