About

Are you a parent, adult, or teen who has faced anxiety, panic, depression, mood swings, obsessions, attention problems, or impulsivity? You or your loved one may have had urges to harm themselves or had problems making or keeping healthy relationships. I help clients live a Life they experience as Worth Living, teaching coping skills to deal with life’s stressors and solve problems one moment at a time. I provide therapy via Zoom video calls or by phone. Your safety is a top priority. As a healthcare worker, I have been vaccinated and can offer socially-distanced, masked sessions outside of my Alpharetta office upon special request.
I am Intensively-trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) for children & adults. Treatment is comprehensive and customized for you. I offer individual or family DBT therapy sessions; I provide DBT phone coaching and text coaching, and I teach DBT group skills classes. At Balance & Potential, we coordinate all of your care so that it works for you.
I care deeply about my clients. The therapy I use is truly life-changing. We will work one week at a time to help you live a life that you experience as worthwhile and fulfilling. You can fill out a Questionnaire and schedule your Initial appointment to start seeing how DBT can work for you. I hope you’ll contact me to begin this incredible journey.
