I offer warm and compassionate therapy for those struggling with trauma due to divorce, abuse, bullying, medical, etc. I enjoy helping people recognize their own self-worth and instill a feeling of hope for the future. My areas of focus are overcoming past trauma/PTSD, women's issues such as infertility and Postpartum Mood Disorders, and working with children and families to improve relationships and to teach coping skills necessary for life's challenges. I am an experienced EMDR therapist.
I work with individuals who currently feel "stuck" and create an individualized approach to help get "unstuck" from what might be holding you back from your happiest life. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief or other issues that have such profound affect on daily happiness and help you find joy in your life again.
