I see myself as a companion and guide for highly sensitive, empathic individuals seeking a path to recovery from trauma. If you're the person everyone else goes to for support, but you struggle with getting your own needs met and finding time for self-nourishment, I'm here for you. I love to help my highly sensitive, empathic, caretaker-type clients build healthier relationships with clear boundaries, swap out negative self-talk for more affirming beliefs, find new ways of relating to and managing their anxiety and depression, and come home to their bodies.
I take a “bottom-up” approach to therapy. I blend ketamine-assisted therapy with EMDR and somatic therapies for a holistic approach to trauma-symptom healing, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I offer in-person therapy at our office in Denver and virtual therapy and psychedelic integration coaching to clients throughout Washington State and Texas.
Whether you want to break free from the symptoms of trauma, develop a healthier relationship with substances, begin a healing journey, or simply improve your overall well-being, I'd love to help you get there. Visit my website for more information about my practice, or contact me here for a complimentary consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
