I see myself as a companion and guide for highly sensitive, empathic individuals seeking a path to recovery from trauma. If you're the person everyone else goes to for support, but you struggle with getting your own needs met and finding time for self-nourishment, I'm here for you. I love to help my highly sensitive, empathic, caretaker-type clients build healthier relationships with clear boundaries, swap out negative self-talk for more affirming beliefs, find new ways of relating to and managing their anxiety and depression, and come home to their bodies.
I take a “bottom-up” approach to therapy. I blend ketamine-assisted therapy with EMDR and somatic therapies for a holistic approach to trauma-symptom healing, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I offer trauma therapy and psychedelic integration to clients throughout Washington, Colorado, and Texas. In-person Seattle therapy office coming soon!
Whether you want to break free from the symptoms of trauma, develop a healthier relationship with substances, begin a healing journey, or simply improve your overall well-being, I'd love to help you get there. Visit my website for more information about my practice, or contact me here for a complimentary consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
