I believe folks have the innate ability to find healing and change within themselves through supportive guidance in a safe environment. My aim is to provide space for discussion, exploration, learning, and growth—however that looks. I follow the client's lead in identifying and approaching their concerns, including tailoring treatment methods to best fit their goals and learning styles. I approach every therapeutic relationship being trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and person-centered. I am passionate about increasing self-awareness, learning how to navigate challenges, and practicing healthy connection and communication.
​I've worked with adults of all ages who struggle with both mental health & substance use. Concerns have included anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, recovery, men's issues, and navigating life stressors/transitions. I’ve supported folks in navigating physical/mental disabilities, social services, family court, the criminal justice system, low income, etc.
