About
Do you ever think "I'm not good enough", "I'm a failure", "I did something wrong", or any other negative belief about yourself? I am trained in EMDR which will help you process traumatic events in your life that lead you to have these negative thoughts. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression and use both a cognitive and dialectical approach to therapy. I focus on linking thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and integrate coping skills such as mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Please call me with any questions!
I often use the therapeutic aspects of CBT and DBT but I have a client-centered approach and will adapt my therapeutic technique to your counseling needs, I have extensive experience with teens and those struggling with anxiety and depression. I am trained in EMDR therapy to treat trauma as well as other long term issues.
I have my Masters in Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I currently take self pay clients at a discounted rate. I have a great support team in my office who will assist me to make sure you receive the best mental health care. I would love to help you. Call me to make an appointment.
