I am a neurodivergent, queer, weight-inclusive therapist practicing with compassion and a sense of humor. I'm a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), and licensed counselor who works with people who have experienced tough stuff in their life that's showing up as issues with relationships, boundaries, food/eating, body, and overall self-image. My goal is to help you stop feeling like you are fighting yourself or living to measure up to impossible standards, and start encouraging you to see healing and transformation by getting back in touch with who you are.
I am here to help you attune to what you need, accept yourself unconditionally, and set boundaries without guilt. Some of my main focus areas are: trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, sexual shame, purity culture recovery, extreme self-criticism, attachment wounds, eating disorders, perfectionism, and chronic people-pleasing.
I am an ideal fit for clients who want to heal in connection with another human and who are ready to learn the language of their body. We will work at the pace best suited to your nervous system, since our goal is to safely and gradually increase your capacity, never just “push through” something.
