You deserve to be happy. You deserve to have fulfilling and authentic relationships. Seeking therapy is the first step to healing so you can live your life to the fullest. And I thank you for considering me to be a part of your journey. So many factors in life can lead us to feeling unfulfilled in our lives and/or our relationships. Life transitions, relational challenges, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, work stress, traumatic experiences, multi generational cycles and not to mention the inevitable curve balls life throws at us. These are just a few of the many factors that impact every single one of us.
I am here to help you learn about yourself, enhance your connection with your loved one and learn skills to help you cope and work through difficult situations. I specialize in dysfunctional family dynamics, co-parenting, adolescence and young adulthood. I offer premarital and couples counseling and work with individuals across the lifespan.
I honor your bravery as you take this first step to living the fulfilling life that you deserve. I am currently offering in person and virtual sessions and have evening and weekend daytime availability. Feel free to call/text or email me to inquire further about my services. Thank you and I can't wait to meet you!
