Are you experiencing relational conflicts with your spouse, friends or family? I have several specialties & advanced training to help individuals & couples get out of their frustrating negative cycles. The individuals I work with often seek treatment for symptoms that, despite their best efforts, do not go away. The couples I work with often report feeling stuck, feeling alone and sick of having the same arguments yet nothing changes. The individuals I work with suffer from PTSD, who are too often misdiagnosed with anxiety and depression. I also specialize in identifying and healing from narcissistic abuse.
Treatment is tailored to the client using the most effective therapy for the presenting concerns (ie: gold standard). Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) restores deep connection to our partners, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for PTSD/trauma and abuse survivors. Psychodynamic, Solution Focused & CBT are also used when appropriate.
Therapy is a journey that increases awareness & creates space for change.
