Do you prioritize everyone else in your life? Do you feel like you aren’t valued for who you are, no matter how hard you try? Most of my clients have trouble making time for themselves, and have difficulty setting boundaries. They also have a tendency to view themselves through the eyes of others, and this makes it hard for them to feel confident in who they are. My clients come into therapy to improve their self esteem, gain a better understanding of themselves, and change the difficult relationship patterns they find themselves in.
I have over 20 years of clinical experience, and utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, I emphasize the importance of understanding the impact of one’s past in order to make desired changes in the present. I work collaboratively with clients towards increased insight and healing. My expertise is in treating codependency issues and healing from past trauma.
I know that reaching out and committing time to therapy can be difficult. I am currently providing online therapy, which can be a convenient option for working adults, college students and parents.
