As a Licensed therapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma and self-esteem and a certified therapist in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), I can help you get back into the driver's seat of your emotional roller coaster called life. In addition, with my knowledge and experience of using the trauma recovery and empowerment model (TREM),
I will be able to help you work through past experiences that are still a struggle today. I will use my tools as a certified dialectical behavior therapist to help guide you on problem solving skills. I want to provide a safe space for you to be your most authentic self. Life can be hard but you don't have to go through it alone.
I love mixing different types of therapy tools including mindfulness, psycho-education, journaling techniques and much more!
