I am a trauma-informed mental health therapist specializing in complex trauma. I provide an affirming, compassionate space for individuals healing from identity-based stress, relational wounds, complex grief and long-standing survival patterns. My work centers on safety, authenticity, and helping clients reconnect with their strength and sense of self.
I view challenging, hurtful, and traumatic life experiences similar to when someone has a splinter. It’s one thing when the splinter is found and removed, but it takes care to ensure the wound is fully clean for it to heal. I use a variety of CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS and creative therapies to complement my primarily solution-focused approach.
I work with children (5 and up), adolescents, and adults doing individual and group therapy.
