I've been married for 26 years and have 3 adult children, and I use my life experience as appropriate in therapy. I take a client-centered approach, letting you set the goals for therapy and the pace you want to work on them.
I'm a proponent of brief, episodic therapy, so will make good use of your time and can typically help clients accomplish their intended goals for therapy in 8-12 sessions.
My clinical experience includes seeing youth 13 and older through the lifespan, individuals, couples and families. I can help with a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use and other addictive disorders, self-esteem and relationship issues.
