People come to me for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes it's a specific thing — anxiety that won't quiet down, a grief that won't resolve, a faith that fell apart, a relationship that stopped working. Sometimes it's vaguer than that — just a low hum of something-isn't-right that follows them around. What my clients tend to have in common isn't a diagnosis. It's a readiness. They're tired of going through the motions and they want something to actually change. I create a space that's warm, honest, and safe enough to do real work — not performative healing, but the kind that sticks.
My approach is casual, narrative-informed, trauma-aware, and deeply relational. I'm direct, I use humor on purpose, and I work very hard to create a safe space to do the hard work. We'll explore the stories you've built your life around and decide together what comes next. I offer in-person sessions in Mason, OH and telehealth throughout Ohio.
