I practice from a strengths-based, person-centered approach, collaborating to support clients' growth and healing. While I primarily use a person-centered approach, I integrate CBT and ACT. I am certified through EMDRIA in EMDR, an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps address barriers rooted in past adversities and traumas.
I am continually grateful to meet individuals where they are, as myself, and empower them to discover deeper meaning and purpose in their lives.
