I enjoy working with both individuals and couples to address a range of challenges. Many of my clients seek help with managing depression, anxiety, irritability, anger, and ADHD symptoms while others come to me with relational issues. If you're dealing with relationship issues, remember that experiencing highs and lows is normal. However, if the negative exchanges become too frequent or intense, it’s natural to feel hopeless or overwhelmed.
Our office is conveniently located at Baseline and 27th Ave. Our clients say they like how cozy and homey it feels.
