I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and bereavement. I work with individuals, couples, families and children. I have been licensed as an LMFT for 29 years. I appreciate how difficult it is to seek help and will treat you with respect, dignity and the highest ethical standards. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, The Pragmatic Experiential Method of couples counseling, and the tracking of non-verbal cues and communication.
My training in Somatic Therapy and Mindfulness help me to help my clients adjust to serious life stressors. When clients are open to it, I use EMDR to speed up the process of change. Change is hard, so I try to make it fun whenever possible.
