My ideal clients are men, couples, adolescents, and adults who are ready to move beyond managing life's challenges alone and work toward meaningful change. They often come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, identity questions, or concerns about meaning and purpose. What I value about my work is offering a different experience than what many, especially men, have been taught. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and be genuinely heard.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare, and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
