I work with those of all different backgrounds (races, religions, sexuality, etc.) in that I provide direction/support to individuals seeking improvements towards their mental health.
As an Indo-Caribbean therapist, I have experience working with the West Indian and BIPOC communities. I have guided individuals who are part of marginalized communities towards success and overcoming societal barriers. My approach of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy serve to guide those towards achieving their therapy goals.
