My background as a Buddhist meditator and yogi informs my work.

Specializing in trauma/PTSD, anxiety, childhood trauma, parenting, hormone-related mental health, and spiritual/existential challenges, I integrate IFS, EMDR, Hakomi, and Somatic Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (SKAP). My practice aligns with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, empaths, healers, poly/kink communities, artists, activists, and spiritual seekers.

True Yang Somatic Ketamine Therapy offers Somatic Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual and existential growth, and other life challenges. Somatic therapy is a body-based modality where the therapist invites the client to gain insight, healing, and growth by accessing and unlocking traumas and blockages inside the body. S-KAP therapy allows clients to gain deeper insights about themselves so they can heal trauma in a gently held and safe way.
