Most of my clients are high-functioning and capable, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin. They often overthink relationships, seek reassurance, try to get it “right,” and worry they’re too much or not enough, leaving them stuck in cycles of self-doubt and emotional reactivity. I help people heal their attachment patterns so they feel more secure, stop spiraling, and move with greater self-confidence and ease. I also support those navigating postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause to understand and accept hormonal changes and feel more like themselves again, with greater compassion and clarity.

Most of my clients are tender-hearted people needing support with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, OCD, relationships, PMDD, and hormonal mental health. My work focuses on processing emotions AND developing actionable guidance and somatic coping skills that support lasting change. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy & individual therapy in San Rafael.

I bring a Buddhist-informed, spiritual-existential lens that supports deeper inquiry beyond mindfulness. I see many queer and BIPOC clients and recognize that mental health doesn’t exist in a personal vacuum—trauma, power, and systemic stress shape how we suffer. I bring humor and a down-to-earth presence into our sessions.
