Hello! My name is Kiran and I know how overwhelming it can feel to take the first step to finding the right therapist but I also know that the outcome is always worth it. It's incredibly important for me to know that my clients feel like they have someone in their corner. In therapy, I show up as an authentic and accepting in order to help you feel safe as you navigate life and its challenges. I have experience working with clients who are working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship and identity concerns. Additionally, I am trained in dreamwork which helps clients process their dreams in session.
As a therapist, I work from an approach that combines existential and constructivist therapies. I like to create a supportive space where you can explore life, feel empowered about your choices, find meaning, and live life authentically. I also believe in affirming all the different aspects of your identity, so that you feel welcome and comfortable.
