The first session will include a discussion of why you sought therapy, your desired goals and a plan for meeting your goals. My focus is to help people uncover skills, values, and personality traits that facilitate a happier and healthier life. My belief is that "customized" treatment is important. I am a registered provider.
A variety of appointment times and days are available to accommodate your schedule. Your sessions will be free from judgement and you can expect to feel safe and comfortable when revealing your personal issues. Privacy is a priority. What is discussed in sessions will be kept confidential.
