I love working with teens, young adults, adults, & queer folks. I want you to be able to come home to yourself without fear and without shame by gaining connections and skills to make your life and your mental health easier to navigate. I aim to provide a space to safely explore the complex experiences of self. I believe in, and personally and professionally work towards, a world that is liberated. Free Palestine!
I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic skills like narrative therapy, person-focused, crisis intervention, intersectional feminist frameworks, anti-capitalist models of care, & solution-focused therapy. You've got skills to survive this far, we'll just add more to your tool belt! Disability justice means I wear a KN95 mask and use a HEPA filter in office.
