Welcome, I am glad you are here. Our relationships, or lack thereof, inform the kind of stories we tell ourselves about the world around us. Identity, intimacy, and feelings of belonging are all tied to the relationships we've formed. Clients often come to me when they are experiencing some form of disconnection within their lives. The purpose of our work together is to repair these areas of disconnection so that you may experience a more connected, authentic, and joyful life. My role in this process is to nurture this awareness so that you may recognize your patterns and transform them to becoming more life-sustaining.
I understand that sometimes just "talking it through" isn't enough. If that were the case, you wouldn't be here! I integrate somatic (body-based processing), relational-cultural and spiritual lenses to approach your concerns from a holistic and decolonized perspective. All of which support a trauma-informed approach to gently guide you in your exploration.
