Life is difficult at times, learning how to hold space for our emotions, break negative cycles, and prioritize our wellbeing can be overwhelming. I'm passionate about helping people work through trauma. Primarily working with people experiencing symptoms of PTSD, Complex- PTSD, depression, anxiety and panic attacks. It's my hope to meet you with compassion and non-judgment wherever you are at. Taking the steps together to work through the harder parts of life.
I am trained in EMDR therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), somatic psychotherapy, and emotion focused therapy, I'm currently offering sessions virtually, allowing you the flexibility you need to make therapy work for you!
