There are times when emotions, stress, or life changes begin to feel difficult to manage alone. I work with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, behavioral challenges, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. Some may feel stuck in patterns, unsure how to move forward, or struggling to understand their emotional responses. Others may find it difficult to communicate their needs, feel heard, or maintain a sense of balance in daily life. Through a supportive and structured approach, I help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater stability, confidence, and clarity.
I help clients build awareness of their emotions and develop healthier ways of responding through a client-centered, collaborative approach. I integrate CBT and DBT to strengthen coping skills and emotional regulation. With children, I incorporate child-centered play therapy to support expression in developmentally appropriate ways.
Taking the step toward support is not always easy, especially when things have felt difficult to manage for some time. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
