I am a Clinical Psychologist and enjoy working with a wide variety of patients from diverse backgrounds, finding that flexibility is the key to success. I want to collaborate with patients to identify problems, set goals, create treatment plans, and evaluate progress from session to session and I use a somewhat eclectic approach to meet each person where they are. I believe that health and mental health are a lifelong journey and use a whole-health based emphasis to improve life balance and well-being.

I am trained in several evidence-based treatments for PTSD, psychodynamic and interpersonal psychotherapy, and often utilize problem-solving, cognitive behavioral, and behavioral techniques as well. I received my Psy.D. from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and additionally completed an MSCP in Clinical Psychopharmacology.

Initial sessions are spent reviewing history, getting to know one another, and setting goals for treatment. For most folks I use measurement-based care in order to track symptoms and adjust our treatment plan as necessary.
