Do you need self-care, support, and help navigating your mental health alongside political activism? Are you experiencing fear and stress related to the US political situation? I hear you and understand your struggles. I am a Clinical Psychologist and enjoy working with a wide variety of patients from diverse backgrounds, finding that flexibility is the key to success. I like to collaborate with patients to identify problems, set goals, create treatment plans, and evaluate progress from session to session and I use a somewhat eclectic approach to meet each person where they are.
I am trained in several evidence-based treatments for PTSD, psychodynamic and interpersonal psychotherapy, and often utilize problem-solving, cognitive behavioral, and behavioral techniques as well. I received my Psy.D. from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and additionally completed an MSCP in Clinical Psychopharmacology.
I'd love to meet you and help you progress with your mental health goals; click on my website and let's schedule a free 15 minute consultation!
