You might be someone who feels a lot and wonders why relationships or emotions feel so heavy. Maybe you worry about being too much, not enough, or about being left or misunderstood during times of change in your life or family.
For kids and teens, this can look like big feelings or shutting down. For adults and couples, it might show up as distance or feeling stuck. As an adoptee and a parent with lived experience of early medical stress, I understand how uncertainty and separation can shape families. You don’t have to do this alone, even if you’re not sure what you need yet.
In therapy, I focus on self-worth, relationships, and belonging, and I’m open to working with children, teens, adults, and couples. As an adoptee, I bring lived experience of identity and connection to the room, with attention to how lived experience and identity intersect, and my work is supported by ongoing supervision with a licensed clinician.
Reaching out for therapy can bring up many feelings, from hope to hesitation. You don’t have to have everything figured out-just a sense that something inside you wants care or understanding. I offer a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all gender identities, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs, grounded in cultural awareness and responsiveness.
