I have a passion for individual human development, processing trauma(s) and the complexity of the human mind and how it affects each and everyone of our lives uniquely. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2014 and obtained my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2017.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy as I realize each person has their own unique concerns and needs that I prefer to tailor to. The methods I use but are not limited to are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I understand that taking the first steps to seeking help can be both intimidating and overwhelming but I am here to help you navigate your journey.
