About
Life is messy, confusing, and at times lonely and defeating. Whether it's trauma, grief, self-esteem, stress, relationship tension, or mental health, my goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to seek change and achieve optimal well-being, whatever that may look like for them. Clients have different needs and goals, but many want to feel safe, secure, loved, hopeful, and whole. With a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships, there is an opportunity for change and growth. We can accept ourselves for who we are, grow closer in our strained relationships, accept our imperfections, and find our identity.
I practice from a strength based and holistic perspective, and provide a safe healing environment for clients to experience change and growth. I help my clients identify and address toxic and unhealthy patterns, develop coping strategies, and challenge perceptions that have become ingrained barriers to their progress.
Life can be challenging and overwhelming and we can feel lost, defeated, or broken. My goal is to help you feel heard and supported in your journey of self-reflection, exploration, and change. Please reach out if you are interested in working collaboratively towards improving your mental health, wellbeing, and connections with others.
