*FULL Stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms can manifest holistically, affecting the nervous system, other aspects of our physiology, as well as our emotional state. At the same time, it can be managed holistically and with a trauma-informed approach. A safe therapeutic healing space conducive to restoration and processing can help with symptom management, and be an effective and transformative form of self-care. This online group meets weekly to practice mindfulness and grounding exercises and group meditation to promote overall wellness. Caps at 8.
