Lunch Grief Processing Group for Parents/Caregiver

This group is geared for parents and caregivers navigating a death in the immediate family. Grief can stem from a recent death close to us, or be lingering and unresolved from our past. It can be all consuming and isolating and nonlinear. As parents or caregivers, we're also managing the grief of kids and other family members, daily life changes, and secondary traumas. Compounding it, often people near us don't know how to support, and that can make things worse. Counseling and groups can provide support, insights, coping strategies, and space to process.
